Assessment
Assessment takes all the principles of good assessment into consideration and learners are assessed by using at least three different assessment tools. Assessment is conducted by using the completed Portfolio of Evidence, a Knowledge Questionnair and a Practical Assessment in the learners workplace, in order to measure ther learning that took place as well as measuring the learner;s competency.
